Boosting Brand Reputation and Awards with TrustRadius

Goal: 

Bonterra partnered with TrustRadius to boost brand awareness and strengthen their market presence against competitors by earning TrustRadius awards—specifically Top Rated and Trusted Seller—and to enhance their brand reputation through a strong trScore achieved via ethical review sourcing.

Execution:

  • Worked with TrustRadius customer success and research teams to conduct ethical review outreaching,  targeting review sourcing campaigns from Bonterra EveryAction customers
  • Expanded customer list to focus on active users of Bonterra EveryAction 
  • Worked closely with TrustRadius customer success  team to monitor TrustRadius’ awards qualification criteria and key dates 
  • Worked with the TrustRadius research team to run a Trusted Analysis to evaluate ethical review sourcing practices and increase trScore

Outcomes:

  • Increased trScore from 6.5 to a 7.8 in less than a year, building trust with buyers
  • Qualified for Top Rated and Trusted Seller verification in 2024/2025
  • Improved category rank and visibility against competitors on TrustRadius
